They lure you in with a free sample and tell you to cancel in 14 days if you do not want to be charged. It is 14 days from the time you call to place the order, not 14 days of trying the product. I called on day 14 and finally got thru on day 15 which is too late to cancel. So they will do nothing to help you, they just want your money.

- Yes, this is a very tricky way these companies make money. There is a lot of things like that out there, for instance "teeth whitening created by housewife"
