A4Recovery/A4Intellex/Bill Robertson

My client was one of the many people scammed by Website Business. However, she was also scammed by A4Intellex or A4 Recovery now believed to be Websitebbb. She was contacted by her rep at Webite Business and was told that the business was a scam and that the rep knew someone who could help her get her money back. "Bill" contacted her and told her that he could help her get her money back. She never gave "Bill" her credit card information or authorization to use the credit card information on file with Website Business. Despite this fact, "Bill" helped himself to $4,649 and NEVER DID A THING TO HELP HER. He gave her some sob story about having to get a new license for his business and that he'd return her money, which he did, but what he failed to tell her was that he had CHARGED HER AGAIN WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. Then he called and said he was getting death threats and that it was too dangerous for him to pursue collections, so she took it upon herself to take on the credit card companies and was able to get Discover to reverse the charges but had no such luck with Citicard. Now "Bill" is calling her at all hours of the night and day and has even called her employers. Apparently he feels he is entitled to compensation although there is NO AGREEMENT and he had NO AUTHORIZATION TO DEBIT HER CREDIT CARD. Plus, HE NEVER DID ANYTHING.
