Company already has historical SCAM practices but I found out too late - [email protected] is the main contact for different floating companies that this people are running on the web. They operation is quite simple but effective: They sent you a random pair of shoes (not the ones that you order), you make the claim using the email above and they reply is totally random no sense and they pretty much charge you for any return if any: On website: http://www.reebokshoes.eu/shippinginfo.html/
REFUND Guarantee reads:
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can request a refund, the return will cost a 15% restocking fee, buyer have to pay shipping fee, and 15% the import/export duties. and pay 10% taxes for credit card. Buyer have to sent back our item, pay postage by herself. after we received all the goods in good condition. For the refund of the returned items, customer must afford the return shipping fee.
Shipping is not refundable.

- My tale is the same as the one above but I tried to purchase a pair of Nike's from a company called nikebasketballstore.eu. My shoes turned up but they were a pair of dodgy Adidas shoes that weren't even my size. I emailed the contact- [email protected] to which I got a reply saying sorry & to send a photo of the shoes which I did. I then recieved another reply saying if I wanted to return the shoes it would cost me $70 USD in shipping fees, $30 in taxes & so it went.So beware of any company where the contact has the above mentioned email.

Yep, same here. I've been going around urging other victims of [email protected] to file an official report. I did it here http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx, at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Maybe this scammer can get shut down if there are enough complaints. The guy is so nuts. He tries to act like what he sent me is the same as what I ordered. I've sent photos with every email – of the canvas boat shoes he sent, and the suede sneakers I ordered. I couldn't even find the boat shoes on his site! And, every response is a little more over-the-top. Here's the last one, my personal fav:

He refuses to just give me a usable return address; the posting slip has no street address, and the sender and company names are in Chinese. I had a co-worker type out the names, and I put them through a Google translator, and this is what came out: Xue Lei and Wind Kong Industries, respectively. Nothing eye-catching in a quick web search, so who knows if there's any legitimacy to any of it. I tend to doubt it. Anyway, good luck! -
