On 9/8/2011 I ordered five (5) cans of Back to Basic Hairspray. To date I have called several times, emailed several times (9/27/2011 and 10/20/2011) and have only received emails stating that my query has been received and I will hear from them within 72 hours. I have never heard from them, nor have I received my product.
