I applied for a loan and thought that my application has been processed. Therefore agreed to pay £67.79 as a membership fee. I cannot login to my account nor I have received any loan. If anyone has got the refund please let me know. I don't think so they refund anything.

- I sent a letter and made several calls but they simply denied. They said we havn't received any of your payments. I sent bank statement but no response. I don't understand how UK authorities allow them to operate. I can't believe this can happen in the UK.
