What a farce!!!! Advertised as genuin UGG boots. They couldn't be any different. The suede was cheap, the stiching horrible, the sheepskin (inner boot) was totally different and the UGG label was upside down on one of the boots. We have been e-mailing back and forth several times, my asking for a reimbursement and they saying that returns are not supported because of shipping cost. How can these companies possibly get away with this?? How does the UGG company allow this?? They are totally misrepresenting the UGG product.
