after a recent sale offer online at CYC Britensure Website, through a facebook link advertisement, I ordered a teeth whitner trial for £4.95, which was paid for. I did receive the goods at my home address, however i suddenly notice another debt of £69.95 on 5 December 2011, which i never authorised. Since the £4.95 whitener, I never ordered anything. this company is fraudulent, what shoud i do? help

I have also ordered a free trial which has not turned up yet so I decided to Google company and this is what I found.....so I have emailed Venessa requesting that any membership I may or may not be enrolled on to be cancelled . I am within the 2 weeks so should not be a problem however after 1 call and 2 emails I have made I am still waiting for a reply to confirm any membership is now cancelled .
We will see what happens , I have also contacted my bank to dispute any future random debits from britensure .

Hayley, have you heard anything else from these people?
I did the same thing and only discovered the further sums of money added to my credit card when I went to pay my bill at the month end. £99.95 and £46.90 as well as the original £6.95.
There was nothing on the web page I saw which said anything about any membership at all - and believe me, I checked it!
I have phoned and spoken to someone called Dana, who apparently hasn't the authority to give me my money back. She'll 'look into it' and call me back before the end of the week.
I am furious!! -
