Ordered free trail of 2 products, both $2.95. Was hit with the full cost after 12 days. I called the UK number and was advised that trail amount is postage only and there is a 12 day free use of product before automatically being charged the full price and starting a monthly supply of each product with monthly charges (i.e. $157.77/month). I was able to cancel the monthly supply and charges over the phone - have been supplied with 2 x cancellation reference codes. Yet to be seen if I get charged again as I'll not know until later December 2011/ early January 2012. I recommend you calling and cancelling ASAP! I may even put a temporary block on my card for the time that I think the next payment may be charged just in case my cancellation was 'lost in the system'.
