Sent my 14k gold antique watch to them for repair over 6 months ago. They were not able to repair it and I have been unable to get it back from them. The following are some of our emails.

Hello Allan,

I’m sorry for the long delay in repairing your timepiece.  Per the repair facility it will at least 3 more weeks for the completion of the repairs.  As soon as the repairs are completed I will call you to let you know that it is shipping to you.  Once again, I do apologize for the delay.   Thank you for your patience.  We appreciate your business.  Have a great day.
