Ordered a Canon PowerShot ELPH 100HS in grey case. Received several emails requesting confirmation by calling their service phone number. Call hours did not match website hours listed. When finally getting through on 5 Dec, service rep stated he wanted to confirm the camera would ship without a batterry and the proceeded to offer various capaccity batteries for increasing costs. I asked him to canel the order. After checking the website "My Account" tab the page reflected that the prior order was no longer listed. Selling the camera without a battery is misrepresentation of the product.
