They email me saying unable to obtain an unlock code for your phone using the imei number supplied. Although this model is generally un-lockable, there are instances where codes cannot be generated they offered a full refund BUT THEY DID'NT :(

Wait 7 days counting from the day you received the email, then go to Paypal and open a dispute.
Do not take their offer, simply go ahead to submit a dispute. In the dispute, list (1) transaction ID, (2) date you put order, and (3) amount. This is to leave them no excuse to delay anymore. Then if you're lucky you'll get refund soon. I get my money back by this way.
I would strongly discourage anyone from buying any service from this web site: "unlock-power". Never! -
