I checked into this for some "extra" money and cancelled this within the 7 days online. For some reason, They kept charging my account $49.95 for 4 payments and I noticed it after the fact. When I called them today, they stated that I only cancelled the shopping account and not the store account. When i asked the rep to give me an address to where I can send an appeal to get the money credited to me, he could not give me an address. He said he could call the billing dept to call me. Why couldn't he give me an address - that's why this is a scam. I told him I would not get off the phone until I got information. I asked for the Supervisor. He was able to give me an address: 40 E. Main St. Suite 600 Newark, Delaware 19711. Let's see if this is the correct address.
I want to get the rest of my money back.
