They advertise that there is a trial pack for 4.95 and this entices you to place an order. Then they authorize another $109.42 in charges on your account that they place at a later date. I didn't authorize them to do any of this. I simply wanted to try the product that they said was free!! It stated I had to pay 4.95 for shipping and that was it. Then if you check back to look for the company in order to file a complaint you find that the website no longer exists. If you look up thier number 1-877-381-6103 you get a website that is obviously much different than the website you placed your order on.. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! On the new website there is not even a trial cigarette offered.

- they did the same to me...i called them today asking that they refund my money. they said if i send them the unopened package they would refund most. I am gonna let my back dispute this as i never agreed to $109.42 charge. nothing on that site mentioned anything about a trial or any other charges. total scam !!
