I placed an order for a camera. I was called a few days later and was told that I would receive the "Japanese Version" and that it didn't include a battery, or charger. I would have to pay more for a US version. The guy was rude and insulting. Refused to cancel the order - even though it was placed within the legal "cooling off period" according to the Fair Trade Commission. I was also charged a "handling fee" that was never mentioned on their site, in addition to shipping which was supposed to be free.
