I am too noticing the $0.05 deposit in my checking account and I am promptly notifying my bank of the unauthorized access to my account by ilender. The $30.00 may possibly be scheduled for withdrawal on 12/5/2011 but i know a few Federal Laws to my advantage. Under the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. s. 6801 et seq) the financial institution is responsible for protecting the privacy of your financial information (bank account). If they allow unauthorized access to the account then they are liable for the damages sustained by you and you also have legal recourse against the company who accessed your account and the bank for allowing it.
