I was contacted by express platinum card on 30 nov 11 they told me I was confirmd 5000 dollar credit card just pay 99.00 dollars.I agreed on the information provided by this company.on the 5th of dec 2011 I gave ok for 99.00 dollars to be taken.They already had all my secure information bank routing numbers and everything,I found odd, however I had applyed for a few cards so I didnt think much of it.I went on line to find that it was a online mail order business or something not even sure who they are.On 1 dec I called to cancel this order and was giving a e-mail address support@myepccard at their # 18775360076. on dec 2 I called to verify cancellation to be told if I wanted to cancel it will cost me the 99.00 dollar.I explained that I was mislead into beleiving it was a credit card company went their are not and I am cancelling my order for the 5th dec 11. they hung up. I called back happened three more time, finally they agreed and gave me a comformatiom #. turns out the comfirmation # was a comfirm # drawn on my account 2nd dec 11 I went to put a stop payment and was unable to because I didnt know the name to be drawn under. I am a disabled vet and barely live of ss and cant afford to be taken like this,please anything you could do to stop this scam I would greatly thankfull.sincerly, StevenAllen/ex.US Military Police 325 MI/gulf war vet Infantry.91-00
