I ordered a Dr Seuss 1st Bday shirt for his party at the end of Nov. Same story; took money, emailed me saying it would ship within 24 hours, never received shirt.
I paid through pay pal and have a claim open through them. I just don't want someone else to be planning on receiving a shirt and it never comes...that is really the biggest thing with me.
I wish there was a way to shut the site down!!
