I purchased an item on November 26th and had to ask them where it was in the "processing" timeline about 3 times. Then they told me it was shipped and provided me with a tracking # but did not tell me who they used to ship it! So, I still do not know where my order is or if it is coming. I have emailed 3 times in the last 2 days, with no response. I just read that someone has only received some of his orders over the last few months! That really has me worried!
