Ripped on mortgage appraisal. Charged a high fee and came up with random appraisal amount. The appraiser just sent 5 minutes inside the house and left. They do not care to evaluate properties in the neighborhood but just looked at one distressed sell and evaluated my property. I did a re-appraisal with another company after 2 weeks and they did an accurate appraisal.
