I placed the order to purchase a winter vest with my VISA at website www.moncleroutletu.com on 11/25/2011. I found $218,90 had been charged from VISA account by FULL BLESSING SUZHOU next day. However, my order was not recognized by online seller. So far they constantly told me that I didn't pay even I supplied the confirmation for receiving my order and the record for this VISA transaction.
