I don't rememer the EXACT date because IT's been a YEAR!!
They still owe me a T-shirt I ordered A LONG time ago & a collectible can of an energy drink. I had ordered other things as well, about 9 things in total. The package only had three things of the nine. I contacted them and A MONTH later they sent out the other four things. I kept contacting them about my other two items but they never replied back. Those items were for one of my closest friend's birthday last year, It was her birthday a few days ago again.
