I went online to see if I could get pre approved for a pay day loan and I dont work just to see if I would be able to get one and these people put $.05 in my husbands account that Im not even on then took the $.05 back out in $.01 and $.03 increments. Well, We were already in the negative so everytime they took their $.01 and $.03 back out the bank charged a $35.00 overdraft fee. Now because of them we owe the bank $105.00. I never authorized them to go into the account and nobody ever called or sent an email to let me know I was pre approved or to get authorization to go into the account. I called and spoke to 3 different people and they said that I was pre approved and they were verifying the account. I said well I get pre approved for a car or a mortgage they dont take money out of any account. Then they said they were transferring me to someone who could help and all I got was a message that said for me to leave a voice mail and someone will call me back. Still waiting and nobody has called. All I want is the $105.00 put back into the account. I told them I would call the attorney general as well as the better business bureau and they seem like they dont care.
