An unauthorised amount was taken from my credit card worth USD. 38.95 by the above named company CLEVERBRIDGE.NET KOELN - in which I never had a transaction with this company and I don't know how did they got my credit card number

Shameful...in the comment from cleverbridge above, they say:
"Please note that without more significant information we cannot locate any orders that have been placed in our system at this time. At this point we kindly ask that you contact us in order for us to locate any orders in our system and assist you with your inquiry."
Well you see here is the basic problem....customers need a positively identifying reference to show up on their credit card bills for these charges. Just like you need more information, so do we as customers. It should be law that a positively identifying references to any credit card transaction is required for identifying what these charges are for... a basic reference to the product or at least the brand purchased.
See - even the cleverbridge company cannot tell what these transactions are for either - because theres no information on the bill to identify what was it is for!
We have the technology - so what do you have to hide? -
