I came across a 'FREE TRIAL' online, 'just pay the postage'. The website states that you will receive your free trial within 3-7 days. I placed my order on the 26th August 2011 for 1x Radiant Skincare and 1x Perfect Radiance Serum. I received the 1x Radiant Skincare plus 1 FREE! It wasn't until I read the receipt that I realised I would be sent a new Radiant Skincare every 30 days at the cost of £50. Immediately I called their customer service helpline and asked for the return number I 'needed' to return this item. I called from the UK to the US so not just a local call, the lady was extremely unhelpful and tried more than several times to avoid giving me the return number. It states very clearly on the receipt you must get this number or you will not be refunded. The excuses included, her computer system was down, she couldn't understand me (my first language is English) blah blah blah...She didn't even know the address I needed to return it too! After around 20 minutes calling the other side of the world and being lied to I finally had the information I needed. I posted the parcel and didn't think anything else of it. I have been travelling Asia and Australia since the end of September. Just checked my online banking and have realised almost £300 has been taken!! :O
Two of these payments are only 3 days apart!! So I have been paying all this time for a product I sent back months ago. As for the second product, Perfect Radiance Serum, I have NEVER even received the first trial product.
Since the first trial product I have received there have been no more deliveries, yes I have paid £280 for sweet (Inappropriate Content Removed) ALL. As you can imagine this is difficult trying to sort out when I'm on the other side of the world for the next year!!!!!
Don't get sucked in by their lies.
