I was looking through the website and they have a listing of low income properties through Craigs list I called (Personal Info Removed) A woman named Elisa answered and told her that I wanted an apartment that is available which it was 425 for 2 bedroom. She said that I have to pay the deposit and the apartment that I wanted is also located at the northeast which I found out that it's a lie. I went to Big K to get the pay pal. I did gave her the card # and she took the money right away. I received properties emails but only unless 4. I didn't understand what they were giving me because that's not what she mentioned on the phone. Ever time I called her she answers her phone and ever since I mentioned refund and wanted my money back she completely stop answering her phone calls. I left her messages and my number still no call from her. I called again and all the sudden they phone line was off. I called her once again at 3:52 pm she finally answered I told her how can I get my money back she just said [email protected] that's what I think I heard she said. She was saying it fast and when I told her hold up let me get a pen. She stop talking. It was quiet I kept saying hello no reply. I hang up and called back at 3:59 pm no answer.. I need to find a way to sue this company. Who can help me with that?? Please this is serious and have to stop asap before they continuing stealing peoples money. Thank you.

- Vanessa... I have been scammed as well. I have called NUMEROUS times. When I actually sounded serious and wanted my money back, they told me I will get a call back from my property coordinator. Definitely a hoax!! Now when I call, they answer, then hang it up. One time they answered, said hello, then I started to talk, and they hung up. We need to work together. Thanks.

- They went a lot longer before discontinuing communication with me. I finally filed a report on the MoneyPak site saying that I had been the victim of a scam/fraud. Craigslist needs to stop allowing them to continue posting ads.

- im looking into them right now, so far i have 5 difrent phone numbers for them. so far the states are AZ, MN, and WA. if you can please give me the numbers that you used originaly pluse the sate it part of that would be helpfull.

- My name is Liz and I am the corporate supervisor for United. We are a nationwide company, which is why we have different numbers for our different offices. Noone is scamming you out of money. We have a refund policy which needs to be followed in order to obtain a refund. If you follow the policy, you will get a full refund. If you don't, we keep your file open for a lifetime to help you with future moves. We have an email address that our agents monitor for assitance in getting properties. The address is [email protected]. That is the fastest way to get a hold of an agent. Calling the sales office is not the correct department to call once you are a client.

- Liz you need to stop lying and do what your representative promise or provide instant and full refunds. You guys just scammed me out of $350. Alyssa prayed on my desperation in finding a new home. YOU ARE TRULY SCAMMING PEOPLE. If what I am saying is incorrect then you should not have any problems provided a physical address and a corporate phone # to file a complaint. The representatives are providing false information. You state this is a nationwide company but I have not found any evidence of that. I may not get my money back but at some point you will be caught and prosecuted to scamming innocent people. You should be ashamed to work for a company as dishonest of United Relocation Inc. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

- Liz, you are absolutely ridiculous!! I didn't get ANY money. I gave up, I have no idea what to do. I apparently would have received my money if I would have inquired weekly or twice a week for listings. Thing is, I told them I didn't want their services anymore. Then, I asked if I still need to inquire about listings after I didn't want their services. They told me, "No, why would we send you listings if you don't want our services?" So I figured I was in the clear. Nope, not at all. I still have all the e-mails and the agreement for evidence. I wish I knew what the next step was. I also still have the dumb broad's phone number, the one she RARELY answered. I was so mad because they kept sending me listings from craigslist! Her phone number was/is 509-396-6800. Please e-mail me at (Personal Information Removed) if you guys want my info or maybe we can all figure out something to get our money back!!
