I checked my account online this morning and noticed Lendnet had put 5 cents in my account; I called my bank because I wasnt aware of them and they gave me the lendnet phone number; called them and lendnet said I was being charged 30 dollars for a payday application fee! I told them I never agreed to an application fee (I certainly never saw anything stating I was supposed to pay 30 dollars unless the print was so fine an ant couldnt read it!) and told them I was contacting the attorney general's office. They then told me they would cancel it and that it wouldnt come out of my account; so if you apply for payday loan KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN for any kind of tracers or the name LENDNET and contact them IMMEDIATELY-dont wait to spare you any overdrafts. If for any reason they dont cooperate then you need to ask your bank to put a stop payment on lendnet. they can do that and that way lendnet cant EVER AGAIN take any money out of your account. Good luck. Fortunately (if lendnet lives up to their agreement) I wont be out 30 dollars tonight and overdraw my account... good luck.
