I ordered flowers "as shown" from Justflowers.com. The website states "Shown $69.99 Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible." The flowers delivered contained HALF the amount of flowers than "as shown". This was verified by the representative at Justflowers when they contacted the florist, as they stated they put in just 10-12 daisies (When there are well over 24 daisies on just one side on the website, plus 9 light pink roses.) This was sent as a sympathy arrangement as my grandmother just passed. The roses were a very bright and happy pink (magenta) and inappropriate - not at all like the arrangement picked. A refund was refused by Justflowers.com. Only coupons towards future purchases! Why would I ever give them MORE MONEY... when they send what looks like something that can be bought at the grocery store for less than $10??? If you search complaints on Justflowers.com on the internet, they repeatedly scam customers over and over by sending miniature arrangements that are nothing like what customers pay for! Someone must stop them!
