I was applying for payday loans online. I then checked my banked account last week and noticed this company had deposited .05 cents on 11/21/2011, but on the same day had made theory seperate withdrawals for .01 each. I *assumed* they were checking to make sure they were able to deposit / withdrawal if the payday loan was authorized. Now today, they've withdrawn $30.00 from my account, overdrawing it. I never authorized any such thing!

- Thank u for posting this. I found that they had put 5 cents in my account; called the bank who knew nothing about it and so I called lendnet- their number was on the ach trace; and they said it was an application fee for applying for payday loans. I NEVER agreed to pay for an application fee for a payday loan! Thats ridiculous. If I did the print must have been so fine an ant couldnt read it! Anyway I threatened them with the Attorney General's office and let them know they were being sued- they cancelled the 30 dollar withdrawell they were planning to take out. So if you see ANYTHING AT ALL FROM LENDNET call them ASAP and demand they remove it, if they dont let them know they are being sued and you are contacting your attorney general's office. Good luck- gees you cant even apply for a payday loan and feel safe!
