I purchased the book for $4.95, but declined the $99.00 newsletter. NMX Gold Advisor has charged my credit card for the $99.00 anyway. I see the same thing is happening to several others. NMX provides a toll free telephone number for inquiries, however, it's set up to roll over to a answering machine where you leave your name and number and wait for someone to get back to you.
I've contacted my credit card company to have the charge disputed. I am no longer responsible for this charge, however, since this is a subscription service, they will likely try to charge my credit card again. I recommend to anyone else experiencing this issue to contact their credit card company immediately.
