It actually happened on 15 Sept. 2011, but your calender does not go back that far. I signed up for the service late one night when they called. The sent me from one person to another. I guess when the one got tired of trying to convince me. I was promised that I would get my money back if I was not happy. I called the next day and said that I wanted my money back. They said they woulddo that. I waited for a week and called them back. They said that they would try and find out who I talked to and get back to me. It has been like that ever since. At least four different phone numbers, etc.

Hello Federick, the same thing happened to me. I paid for the package $199.00 on September 20, 2011 and I cancelled on October 17 since they told me I have 60 days money guarantee. I faxed the cancellation letter to Ashley and she called me confirming she received the fax and the refund was going to take 15 to 20 days. I been calling back since November and I leave message and I don't get a call back or someone that answer the phone. Yes I had try different numbers as well but no luck. Can you please give me the number where you got in contact with someone to see if at least I can speak to someone about it.
