I ordered the free trial which I received. I then went to my bank to withdraw money (there should have been some in my account) to find that there were insufficient funds. I checked my online account only to find that a £75.00 had been taken out by this company. There is nothing on the packaging or advert that I ordered from informing me that I needed to opt out of a contact with company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!

- I had the same problem on they had taken 2 x £74.95 and also 2 x £51 for eye cream. I contacted them to cancel and told her I wanted a full refund. She tried to get me to take "free" product and 50% refund. Told it it's not free product if i'm paying 50% for it. She then agreed on full refund which I received into my account today. The details are on my report. Good luck and let me know how you get on.
