I ordered 2 ink cartridges. When they came both did not print. No magenta ink. I contacted them they told to set the cartridge on a wet paper towel for 5 to 10 minutes to get the ink flowing, but to no avail. So I asked for a replacement or my money back. They won't return my e-mails. All I want is a working ink cartridge. They do not honor their warranty. Since I ordered, I have read complaints on the internet about this company locater in Collierville, TN. It's people like that who spoil the internet experience.
