I BOUGHT A CAR WARRANTY FROM DIRECT BUY WARRANTY. I HAD A CLAIM AND I WAS DENIED. MY CAR SAT IN THE REPAIR SHOP FOR THREE DAYS, BEFORE I REACHED ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY ON THE PHONE..I MISSED WORK AND HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR BILL OUT OF MY POCKET..I WAS DENIED FOR THE REASON, PRE-EXISTING
CONDITION.I HAD A CAR WARRANTY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, BEFORE DIRECT BUY...I WAS NEVER ASKED TO SEND IN ANY REPAIR RECEIPTS ON WORK DONE PRIOR.
