I had seen a website online for a payday loan. I am a good customer with these type of agencies. When i had seen power loans it had given me the impression that i was getting a loan for £700.00GBP and my montly repayments would be £57.00GBP. It didnt state clearly that you had to pay a membership fee of £67.57GBP, which is a total rip off. I have sent emails regarding this matter and i have put in writing about getting my money refunded to me. I never had this amount in my account and now it has left me in arrears with my bank. I havent found this company useful one bit and i havent heard any feedback from there customer service team. Please could you help me get my money back?...
