I accepted a free trial of netflix for one month. Didn't care for it so did not apply for the service. One year later found in my bank account a monthly fee was being deducted for a monthly subscription of netflix! What?! Immediately called netflix and they told me that it was essentially in the fine print, and that I was S.O.L. even though I had not used the service and was not aware of the fact that I was subscribed for it. That sums it up. I ended up spending almost $300 on a service that I was not even aware I was getting. Bait and switch?

- No that is not what a bait and switch is.If you didn't like NetFlix, you should have cancelled the service.You can't sign up for something and expect it to go away because you decided you didn't want it but didn't tell the company. I signed up for the same free trial, and the fact they charge you after the trial is over isn't in fine print at all, its really obvious.

- I have to agree. You always have to cancel after a free trial, no matter what company it is.
