I decided to take a look at the site as it was sending me emails constantly. Claiming to be a free site.

I got some free bids and bought a couple for £4.82.

i placed some and it seemed to be a total waste of time, so I never went back on.

I have just noticed in my bank account that they have debited my account with £59.99.... a 'membership fee'???

There was no invoice sent to me and no receipt of the transaction sent to me. All debits are required to b receipted.

They claim that I was aware of this....NOT TRUE. I WAS TAKEN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and i would not hav known if i was not short of money this month and looked to see why. I have requested a refund as it is not ethical to not send an invoice or not send a receipt for the transaction.... they are refusing.

they advise there is notification printed which pops up on payment. That happens on the payment of £4.82... but I did not authorise £60...so they took it and therefore nothing 'pops' up.

They insist everyone is informed..... NOT IN THIS CASE

PLEASE HELP
