I applied for a payday loan, I was NEVER aware of a fee charged for just applying for a loan. I tried to reach this company as per the telephone number listed on my bank statement for the 19.00 charge and all you get is a recording with lots of email options and no way to personally speak to a rep about this charge. I would never agree to a fee just to apply - I want proof where I was advised about a fee in advance of me applying. I am on Social Security Disability and I am so upset about this - I hope someone can help me with this racket. Full disclosure up front should be practiced here - these guys prey on people like me.
