Ordered items from Pizbi smoke shop on August 20th, on August 22nd the funds were taken from my account. Received a shipping notification on the 26th, however when tracked USPS stated they were notified of the item for shipping but it has not been shipped. Website says it takes 8-10 for shipping, waited longer than that. Called them, got an answering machine. Talked to Hunter one time and he told me he would take care of it. Called numerous times, e-mailed numerous times with no response. Contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. They contacted Pizbi with no response.
