Got me as well. I don't know how they got my checking info or nor even heard of this company. I did started filling out loan apps online, would submit the checking account info, but would never complete the loan process. I never even went to LendNet101.

November 16, 2011 - deposited $0.05 to bank account
November 16, 2011 - took out $0.01
Both from 1-866-235-7681

November 22, 2011 - took $0.01 and $0.03
November 23, 2011 - took out $30.00
All from 1-888-507-1740

BOTH NUMBERS ARE FROM LENDNET101

On top of all that when they took out $30.00 they ended up putting me in the hole. Contacted my bank but they won't help me at all. Only thing they did was send me a form and request that all fees be waived the money returned back to my account. UH, request? Shouldn't they be doing that regardless considering this company is a FRAUD and I even told them that? They told me I could do a stop payment, how the hell am I supposed to pay a $29 fee for stop payment if I have NO money!

I am going to a lawyer about all of this soon. And suggest to open a class action law suit if possible. These people are thieves. They have broken FEDERAL LAWS. NO company online and offline can sign you up to ANYTHING WITHOUT your consent! And this is exactly what they did. So far my reported damages are $52.88 but will be more then that during next few days while my bank collects on over draft fees. PLUS not to mention, they technically DID steal from my fiance. He collects SSI and that money that was in that account, was his SSI money. So we both will be suing. Hope they have damn good lawyers, cuz they are gonna need them.
