I ordered golf clubs from the website for £243.99 paid with visa card recieved an email confirming order the next day i had phone call from bank informing me about the purchase as it was china and has informed me that they had taken £260.99 i emailed them and said it was to do with the exchange rate i told them that i would like a refund as it was more then i wanted to pay they said the clubs were already on there way and they would put a towel in as compensation.I recieved voice mail on the 24th of this month to ring DHL as clubs were ready to be delivered on ringing DHL they informed that they reqiure £18.50 to get the clubs through customs.I have emailed the above company and they have said they will refund the £18.50 after i have payed it to DHL I have again asked for a refund and they will not reply
