My Check card was charged $30 for a loan application fee that I did not receive or agree to. Because it was charged to an account that I do not keep funds in, that only made matters worst by making the account go into negative and my bank charging me a $35NSF. When I contacted this number off my statement 877-546-8509 "Loan Verification department", they tried to tell me that "they attempted" to charge this but my bank declined the charge. We had to fax them proof that it was charge and I was told it would be credit back to my account. As of today November 25, it was NEVER CREDITED. I called them back again to only get more run arounds, unanswered questions and a delay to have "their accounting dept" contact me. I took it to another level and had my sister who's an attorney call them and make this issue get rectified immediately.
