I subscribed to H2o wireless as a pay as you go carrier for my mobile phone. I paid $50, for the unlimited air time and text. I paid for the month of November on 30th of October from my checking acount since i set the acount up for automatic monthly deduction.
However, on the Thanks given day, which 24th of November i picked my phone just to discover that i have been cuts off, for lack of fund. I thought it was a mistake from the company, hence i tried to connect with the company however they were not available since it was a holiday. This morning 25th of Nov. i called back , i was told after almost an hour on the phone that the technical dept. would come back in about 30min however they never did. I called back again after 4hrs of waiting the tech. Dept. without a call as promised.At around 3oclock i called back however having waited for almost an hour on the line somebody came on and dropped the line. I couldnt call back untill 6.30 pm, when the customer representative came on i explained my ordeal to her, she went and came back to tell me that the reason they disconnect my line was because they realised i used the phone unreasonably. I was told that i have to recharge my acount again a week earlier than the due date before I can use the phone again. This now explain i was kept waiting all day waitingb for their call that would not have come had i not call back almost twelve hrs. later. I asked the Agent if she realised that i paid for unlimited talk time, she said yes. I also asked if she also realised that nobody ever call to either warn or let me know that my line was about to be cut off.Another concern was why they have to cut me off on a thanks given day. I think this is unfair business practice and i would demand an investigation on this because a contract for unlimited talk time needs no monitoring. I have just recharge for another month today 25th of Nov.to allows me to get my self together to decide whether to look for another company.
