I ordered an Elite eSig to try which was advertised on my facebook page for a cost of $2.95. Now two weeks later, without receiving anything more than the 1 cigarette, they automatically charged me $109.42. When I called they said that I had just paid the shipping and handling and that this was the remainder of the charge. It did not say on the ad that I would have to pay this much 2 weeks later. Please help me get my money back, because I cannot afford this. If I was going to order a whole kit I would have paid it to begin with. I have not received anything but the 1 cigarette.

  • I am so sick about this they did the very same thing to me but if you try to look for the website where they made that trial offer it doesn't exist. I have also noticed thier that they use several different names. They make two "cs" look like an "s" for "Esigs" they also use "ecigs" but if you type in thier telephone number you get a completely different site. You can't even google th site right now, they must have taken it down. Maybe they will respost it again.. HUGE SCAM!!

  • If you guys find a way to get your money back, let me know cause I am having no luck through my bank...elite are a bunch of thieves. please change your card as I feel this is not over

  • The number for "Bright Safe Cigs" that offered the $4.95 scam offer is 877-839-0848. I demanded they refund my money and threatened to get my attorney involved. After she continuously tried to SELL me products after I told her how horrible it was and made me want to throw up...she finally agreed to refund half of it ($59). This was just a few days ago but I did receive a confirmation for the refund and a cancellation confirmation. I will get with my bank for the rest. Try that number and good luck! p.s. Greensmoke is the best ecig I've tried. Love it and it's worth the price.

  • contact the better business bureau in the state that they are shipping out of. That's what I did and got a full refund. Big SCAMMERS and we need to let the BBB know it
