HEARD THESE SCAMMERS ON THE RADIO, ORDERED IT. I WAS TO BE CHARGED ONLY 19.95 AND RECEIVE A 10.00 REBATE CERTIFICATE. DIDN'T GET IT. WENT ON LINE TO REGISTER, COMPLETED IT, AT LEAST I THOUGHT I DID, GOT AN EMAIL SAID IT WAS INCOMPLETE. NOW I CAN'T GET IN TO COMPLETE IT.
