I emailed them to tell them that I was returning the product unopened as I had decided not to take this pills as I wasn't overly confident after reading other people's comments about how they were scammed. I was well within the 14 trial period when I contacted them, (the 14day trial period beginning the day I receive them), but they informed me that I wouldn't get a refund because the trial period begins from the minute you place your order. How can you possible have something on trial if you don't have it in your possession? I told them that the product has never been tampered with in any way, and that they would be able to sell it on to someone else so therefore wouldn't be out anything, as i would obviously absorb the postage costs. They said I still will not get a refund, and to more or less accept it. My advice to anyone considering dealing with these thieves, to seriously think again, they'll rip you off just as they did the rest of us, they'll get their come up ons sooner or later.
