3.} Lastly , we were charged last 3weeks back by a client for the fact that we did not handle the shipping of her puppy well by shipping the puppy without a UKDA paperwork. The client charged us for £4500 and we paid her and so we are avoiding such an instance once more so by introducing a non pet shipping policy without the above documents and papers work .
