I have no idea who this company is and how they got my information, I have been on the phone with them for an hour, still on the phone with them actually and they have just approved the refund of my 30.04, probably only because I was recording the conversation and I am law enforcement and I had a RI State Trooper listening in on the conversation.

I would advise anyone who has been scammed by this company to report them to the Nevada Attorney General as well as the FBI and the US Treasury Department.

The company's address is 1489 W. Warmspring Road, Henderson, NV 89014. They refused to give me the CEO's name or the President of their company's name.

They also refused to give me a direct phone # to the HQ located in Henderson.

The supervisor I spoke with was named "Toni" and her employee # was given to me as #250.

I reached her through requesting to speak to a supervisor when I called 1.888.475.9335.

I wish everyone who has been scammed by this company the best of luck in resolving your case in the positive manner I did and would encourage anyone who needs assistance to contact your local law enforcement, AG and your State Police departments.

GODspeed and GODbless all of you in your efforts to right the wrongs against you.

  • This company took money from my account!!! I was pretty pissed. I called and got a foreign guy who gave me the runaround and tried to sell me a payday loan. I got off the phone with that yahoo and started doing research. I found out why I got billed and who to contact for a refund. On the site I went to, I looked in the terms and conditions and the information next to one of the check boxes that I left checked (bad idea)! The check box terms said that I ok'd the $30 charge! Can you believe that! That must be how they’re getting away with the charge.
Anyway, here’s how to get your money back. Contact Tom Mapother at this email address: [email protected] and threaten to contact the BBB if you’re not refunded immediately. It takes about 5-7 business days to get back in your account, but it worked for me!
    Good luck!

  • I just called 1-888-475-9335 and spoke with a person who cancelled my "account" that I never signed up for and they said the $30 would be refunded in 3-7 business days. Good information above on reporting them the NV Atty General. When you call, remember this number is Pacific time. Good luck to everyone.
