Got a pair of shoes from them for my wife that didn't match the one's I paid for (total rubish). I contacted them and was told I could return the item for a swap or refund. Upon initially agreeing to a swap, I emailed them for a return address and after numerous emails to them, I was finally given a return address without a building or house number and when asked, I was told not to worry about it as the address is correct. I retuned the item by signed for delivery (incl tracking) and emailed them upon confirmation that the item had been delivered and "signed for" but to my greatest surprise a guy named Lee (doubt its his real name) said they never received the item. I now want a refund and have emailed him several times but to no avail. PLEASE stay well away from them as they are rogue traders and a FRAUD.
Do not be fooled by the empty promises on their website.
