I called in about the free trial offer. Jenna pushed me into the 2 month for $89.00. I gave her my information. Then she slammed me into "Value-plus" and asked me to repeat my creditcard number. I thought she was just clairifying it from before. Then she started into something else, but I didn't understand it...something about Sears, Olive Garden.... I said "no, no, I don't understand...lets just go back to the Sensa order" Jenna hung up on me. I don't know what all I'm signed up for,,,,but I do know that if I don't cancel them in 30 days, they will automatically deduct their payment from my credit card.
I called back and asked for Jenna...Karen said she couldn't forward my call....but was very nice about giving me the numbers needed to cancel any additional buy-ons. She verified my Sensa order and gave me my order number...268-50245.
I called 877-841-4031 and was told it would take 7-10 days to show up in their system...so I should call back after that time and they could cancel all orders.
