I called to cancel the service at a cost of 19.95 and I was told it would be cancelled, but they keep on taking out 19.95 every month for four months. I called again, and was told they would cancel the one time charge of 19.95. I guess I just have to eat the other 4 charges. So beware of the future in your bank statement that they are still removing your hard earned money and pocketing it themseves! Intelius is a Big Scam Co.
